Allishia and Kristin have known each other since they were little girls. She and fellow bridesmaid, Teeka are sisters! She and the bride don’t get to see each other very often, but they always have fun when they do. She currently works at Amazon.com as a Talent Supply Chain Engagement Manager. In her spare time she enjoys doing escape rooms, crocheting, vegan baking and cooking, traveling, and tending to her plants.

At only eleven months apart, Jennifer and Kristin were the best of friends from the beginning. Jennifer taught her little sister to not be such a tomboy, and Kristin always looked up to her and wanted to be just like her. They spent their childhood marching in their local drum and baton corp, Kristin twirling the flag and Jennifer twirling the baton. Currently, Jennifer is a first grade teacher at Leechburg Area School District and is in her ninth year of teaching. She enjoys being a mother to her two boys, Jak and Bret, decorating her house, and catching up on her favorite T.V. shows.

Teeka and Kristin have known each other their whole lives. She and the bride enjoy sending funny memes to each other throughout the day, and share a deep love for bread. She has been teaching in the state of Georgia for eleven years and recently obtained her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in mathematics from Mercer University. She enjoys running, weight lifting, baking sweets, and watching action movies. 

Brandy Smith, Bridesmaid and Friend of the Bride

Kristin and Brandy met in the first grade. Kristin has known her through all of her awkward phases, including the time her favorite article of clothing was a shirt with Rottweilers on it. Nsync was their favorite boy band and they loved to go swimming and make their hair look like “George Washington.” They once buried a time capsule in Kristin’s backyard and it is still there to this day. Brandy is currently a high school special education teacher at Hancock county schools in West Virginia. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, working out, and being outdoors.

Aleena Mathew, Bridesmaid and Sister-In-Law of the Bride

Aleena is Anil’s older sister. She first met Kristin nine years ago at her son’s first birthday party when Anil brought her home to meet the whole family. She is very excited to call Kristin her sister very soon! Aleena has been working as a Pharmacy Technician for the past three years. She has four children (Caleb, Joshua, Jacob, and Isabelle). In her free time, she enjoys taking her children to fun new places and baking with them. 

Stephanie Hughes, Bridesmaid and Friend of the Bride

Kristin first met Stephanie in 6th grade homeroom where she is said to have made the “first move” in them becoming friends by visiting Stephanie at her desk and playing with her very long hair. They immediately clicked and were inseparable from that moment on. They grew up together and had many sleepovers and fun times twirling the flag in color guard. They don’t get to see each other very often, but when they do, they pick up right where they left off. Currently, Stephanie works as a Pharmacist for UPMC. She enjoys hiking with her dog, Eevee, riding her motorcycle, and working on renovating/decorating her home.
